Application :
Instant fruit juice powder (IS IS40) with nature color and nature juice. It adjust the taste with flavor and acid .

Use :
1.Instant drink powder：
IS type: dilute 10 to 12 times of water as drink with juice content.
IS 40 :dilute 40 times of wateras drink with little juice content, it should add sweetener Ex: aspartame, acesulf-K, sucralose or fructose syrup

2.Oral powder packets：
IS type with good taste for oral use, when add 1 ~ 1.5g IS grade in oral powder packets with not more than 500mg of main ingredient Ex: lactobacteria, enzymes….. etc., we can directly mix above very average because of well granules from IS and IS 40 .

3.Cake fillings (cake coating)：
IS ,IS 40 type because of their powders only can soluble in water, they will disperse little particles(20-80 mesh)and showing fruit's point when using in oily stuffin and white chocolate. It is recommended to add IS or IS 40 for 2 to 3% and can see the fruit little particles; also adding NS (SD type) for 2 to 2.5% and can color them with visual effects and good mouth-feeling at the same time.



4.Tablets compressible：
The special design of IS and IS40 specifications with nature gum can give binding effect to tablets. Its dispersion and fluidity and binging can directly compress tablet after mixed with other ingredients.


                            (1)Tablets below 1000mg, the amount of 30% - 25%
                            (2)Tablets over 1000mg , the amount of 15%- 20%

Use the tips:
Due to the high content juice of the spry-drying juice powder, you must pay attention to the temperature and humidity control in the dry form process (granules , powders or tablets). It should storage in cool, dry place and extrusion air and re-sealing after open in order to prevent caking.
